Women's Angiographic Vitamins and Estrogen Study
Cardiovascular disease is the leading cause of death among women in the
United States, accounting for more deaths than all other causes
combined. The Women's Angiographic Vitamins and
Estrogen study is evaluating the use of vitamins (C and E) and
estrogen in the treatment of atherosclerosis (plaque in arteries).
